Q: What is the detection range and angle of the radar?
A: 160°, 3 meters
Q: How is sensitivity adjusted?
A: TR400 can't adjust the sensitivity (TR700 can adjust sensitivity)
Q: Can it be integrated with ignition or door sensors for event correlation?
A: It works with TE604 together, to control ignition via relay, door sensor & other BLE sensors. But the actual solution/logic need your detailed usage information. E.g: currently, based on customers demands, TR400 send alarm, then control relay via TE604.
Q: What is the power consumption in active and standby mode?
A: 4.8W of full load @ active mode; 0.5W @ standby mode;
Q: Communication protocol used (RS232, CAN, digital I/O)?
A: TR400 is digital I/O. Some others items, e.g TR700, RS232 is optional.
Q: If radar system can detect if the obstacle is human, small animal or an object?
A: No. Millimeter radar system detect the obstacle in certain area, can’t distinguish the specific obstacle.
Q: If the radar system is difficult to install?
A: No, its quite easy. For installation, please check our video for reference.
