  As one of the world's busiest cross-border trade corridors, the US-Mexico border handles massive container transportation volumes. In this context, efficient end-to-end container management—including real-time tracking, intelligent storage, and dynamic dispatching—has become critical for ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

   In 2024, DMAC entered a strategic partnership with Mexico's leading transport group to develop a smart fleet management project, providing 24/7 asset monitoring and operational optimization for US-Mexico border logistics. Covering 650 cross-border trailers, the project deployed Think Power's TL904D smart terminals (integrated with Bluetooth door sensors and temperature/humidity sensors) and the Wialon fleet management platform, establishing an end-to-end digital monitoring system. This solution enables real-time vehicle tracking, precise container door status detection, and continuous cargo environment monitoring, successfully achieving intelligent management of all 650 cross-border vehicles.

The Tiger S1-TL904D intelligent device addresses the core needs of cross-border transportation:
1. Comprehensive asset protection
The device is IP67 certified, demonstrating exceptional reliability under extreme weather conditions at the US-Mexico border, ensuring stable 24/7 operation. It can monitor in real time whether drivers strictly follow preset routes, while equipped with high-precision sensors to continuously monitor the door opening/closing status and the temperature/humidity parameters of the cargo storage environment. When risks such as excessive temperature/humidity, light changes, severe vibration or drops are detected, alarms are triggered immediately.

2. End-to-end transportation process visibility
Through the GPS positioning system, it tracks vehicle locations in real time and adjusts position reporting frequency based on vehicle driving status, while collecting door opening/closing status and cargo environment temperature/humidity parameters. All transportation data can be viewed at a glance through visual dashboards, making the entire cross-border transportation process transparent and controllable.

3. Intelligent operational efficiency improvement
Through multi-dimensional real-time data monitoring, it achieves visualized management of the entire cross-border transportation process, ensuring transportation asset security while helping improve overall fleet operational efficiency and creating quantifiable business value for customers.

The structure and material design of anti-high and low temperature, waterproof, dustproof, shock-proof characteristics, can adapt to any harsh environment and complex road conditions.

The device uses embedded system to ensure the stable operation of wireless communication, data transmission and status monitoring of the device.

3) Strong endurance:
Ultra-low power consumption design + SunPower solar panels. Under normal lighting conditions of 8 hours a day, the equipment can use green energy for sustainable use.

4) Multi-functional peripheral sensors:
Combined with the Bluetooth low power sensors, door sensor and  temperature & humidity sensor. It can realize real-time monitoring of the opening/closing state and the internal temperature and humidity of the container. (The device can connect and match up to 7 Bluetooth devices.)
